Couples therapy

I work with couples of all ages and life stages experiencing communication difficulties and conflict: couples who are struggling to connect, who find themselves having the same fights, or are feeling betrayed by one another and are seeking support to repair.

Specific arenas I have helped couples address include commitment challenges, family planning, parenting styles, blending families, employment obstacles, and retirement dreams, to name just a few.

Family therapy

Families come to me seeking support around adult children launching, addiction issues, and counterproductive communication patterns.

Individual therapy

I work with individuals who are feeling stuck, who are experiencing anxiety or relational distress, and who want to understand themselves and their own patterns of behavior more clearly.

clinical consultation and supervision

I provide clinical consultation to fully licensed therapists and supervision to associate therapists.
